Eight clinical frontline teams work around the clock to provide people of Aotearoa New Zealand with the best quality advice and care. We hire highly trained experts to deliver our telehealth services. Our teams include registered nurses, mental health nurses, emergency triage nurses, paramedics, mental health and addictions professionals, service and support advisors, poisons officers, sexual harm professionals, and screening co-ordinators.

We’re led by an experienced and knowledgeable Board, an innovative chief executive, and a well-rounded leadership team. Since we're dealing with the health of New Zealanders every day, we have a Clinical Governance Committee who ensures we are clinically safe, effective, patient centred, culturally sensitive, equitable and timely.
